If suggesting a mod why should it be added? Does it follow the flow for the pack? What about staging?

Tips to my knowledge, would not need staging..... if the current tips are staged, then this may not work.

Possibly could be used in tandem with the current tips mod. I figure this one is more handy because players spend FAR more time on the loading screen, and it gives them something to do besides watch the dancing guy with a coffee cup. :P
