Can't autocraft Viescraft components with AE2

Bug Report

The patterns refuse to craft the items with their components, instead demanding the finished product itself to craft with. Viescraft items (and Galacticraft batteries) also often get stuck inside the ME system. They can sometimes be pulled out with the JEI "?" button in a crafting recipe, but not reliably.

Sidenote: Airships can also be picked up with Carryon.

Expected Behaviour

AE2 should autocraft airship upgrades without issue, and items shouldn't get stuck in the system.
