Crafted slime boots and they don't work, they prevent fall damage but don't bounce

Expected Behaviour

Slime boots are supportto make you bounce when falling

1. Crafted boots
2. Fall

Client Information

• Modpack Version: Newest Version updated yeaterday
• Launcher Used: Twitch
• Memory Allocated: 5GBs
• Server/LAN/Single Player: Single Player
• Optifine Installed: No
• Shaders Enabled: No

Ok so I figured out what was wrong. Having the Betweenlands Ring of Ascent equipped (not activated) negates the ability of the slime boots being able to bounce. Once the ring is unequipped, the boots work per normal.

I don't know if this a feature or a bug.

You can recreate this by trying to bounce with the ring of ascent equipped (not active)
