Player loads into world terrain and functions don't

I loaded my SevTech Ages world this morning and attempted to start playing and the game loaded but when I got into my saved world, the terrain wouldn't load at all. I couldn't and still can't eat, move, use commands or anything. My backpacks are working and still retain their inventories, same with my baubles items. I was heading back from the Savannah biome after getting some obsidian and I got close to my base and then my game froze in order to clear the memory allocated to it. (I've only got 8 Gb of RAM so only 6 Gb are allocated) So I decided to put my computer to sleep hoping to pick it back up the next day. My computer decided to auto--update and restarted by itself. I then turned on my computer the next day, loaded the instance, loaded the world, and found out that my terrain wouldn't load at all. I tried reloading chunks, saving and quitting to the title screen, using commands, and nothing would work. I then tried reopening the game itself and it still gave me this open void. If there's anything you could possibly do, I would greatly appreciate it. If not, I understand. Thank you.
