StartServer.bat opens and closes instantly.

Expected Behaviour

StartServer.bat opens and closes instantly, the cmd flashes for a split second and disappears. I have tried to reinstall it and it still doesn't work. I have ran the install.bat and it works perfectly fine. I have not touched any part of code in any file. StartServer.bat does not even create eula file or any other server files.
