All Ages unlocked on new world

Bug Report

On a new world and new instance I have pretty much every age unlocked. JEI shows all recipes and I can craft logs into planks and those into sticks. I dont have a map thought. I've tried the commands to remove that stages and it changes nothing.

Expected Behaviour

Start the game with limited items and have to progress normally

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

Download SevTech
Create New World
Look at JEI

  • Modpack Version: 3.1.2 HOTFIX
  • Java Version: Both OpenJDK-8.0.212.03 and jfk1.8.0_100
  • Launcher Used: Tried on Twitch, ATLauncher (can't even load into world on this one), GDLauncher, and MultiMC
  • Memory Allocated: 8G
  • Server/LAN/Single Player: SP
  • Optifine Installed: No
  • Shaders Enabled: None

World Information

Created fresh world in 3.1.2

If anyone finds this later on through Googling their problem, the problem was I was using OpenJ9 is my java. r/feedthebeast had recommended this for faster load times a while back and I switched to it and had no problems on other mod packs but switch back to normal JRE for SevTech! Big thanks to the Discord mods for their help!
