Leads can be duped by tying them to village-generated fences (such as the decorative torch poles)

When tying a lead to a village-generated Oak Fence, untying it will drop multiple leads, some fake some real.

Expected Behaviour

Tying a lead to a village-generated Oak Fence should return 1 lead when untied.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Tie lead to village-generated Oak Fence.
  2. Untie lead from village-generated Oak Fence.
  3. Pick up extra leads off the ground. Some will work normally, some will be non-interactive, and some will disappear from inventory/hand when used.
    NOTE: I changed 1 setting in the PrimalCore config. I enabled lengthening of day time and night time.
