Raw Silicon can not be crafted using Silicon Essence, this worked fine in 3.0.8 where 3 Silicon Essence gave 8 Raw Silicon

Expected Behaviour

I expected it to be possible to craft Silicon Essence into Raw Silicon

Possible Solution

Add it as a recipe if all else fails.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Launch a freshly installed instance of SevTech: Ages - 3.1.2 Hotfix 1
2. Create a singleplayer world with Creative mode enabled
3. Run command /advancements grant everything
4. Look up the recipe for Raw Silicon, there isn't any with Silicon Essence
