Using SevTech 3.1.2 we had a NullPointerException on server start.

This was caused by a network of Inductive Logistics' Advanced Universal Pipes trying to extract a fluid before some source tank was ready. Exactly what this tank was is unknown.

I raised CD4017BE/InductiveLogistics#40 then figured out how to fix it and raised pull request CD4017BE/InductiveLogistics#41.
