Random crash. Occurs randomly and suddenly. Even if you stand still in AFK.

Client Information
- Modpack Version: SevTech: Ages - 3.1.2 Hotfix 1
- Java Version: v8.231 (build 1.8.0_231-b11)
- Launcher Used: twitch
- Memory Allocated: 16G
- Server/LAN/Single Player: Single Player
- Optifine Installed: yes
- Shaders Enabled: no
Two points:
- Optifine is not part of the pack and this crash is occurring in code modified by Optifine. Does this crash occur if you remove Optifine?
- You are using a very old version of Java - 1.8.0_51 (released in 2015) - and not the version you list. Try using an up to date version of Java 8 - this may resolve your crash.
Removed optifine. Upgraded java to the latest version. The error with the flight remained.

Faced strangeness. The crash-reports file specifies the wrong java version. In reality it is worth (build 1.8.0_241-b07).
Reinstalled Java with a clean installation. Nothing has changed.
The crash report is not wrong, if it says that's the version of Java that the game is using then it must be. Are you starting the game using the native launcher? If so that bundles that version of Java. The best way to get around that is to tell Twitch to use the old jar launcher.
Nothing exchanged. As was the crash so remained.
