Mekanism Induction Cell/Provider Uncrafting duplication

Bug Description
When uncrafting any version of the induction cell/provider, you always get back the recipe for the ultimate version, leading to duplication
Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?
Unsure if it did this in previous versions
Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)
- Craft any induction cell/provider from Mekanism
- Use the Twilight Forest Uncrafting Table to uncraft it
- Get back the recipe for the ultimate version

- Modpack Version: 3.1.2 Hotfix 1
- Java Version: 1.12.2
- Launcher Used: Twitch Launcher
- Memory Allocated: 6GB
- Server/LAN/Single Player: Singleplayer
- Optifine Installed: No
- Shaders Enabled: No
