Context

I usually use my offhand for storing/eating food items. But in multiple cases like when opening books (e.g. BetterWithMods Manual) or the Handheld Crafting Table (from Extended Crafting) with right click while holding a food item in the offhand will trigger both actions: the book will open and meanwhile the item will get consumed. This often is annoying since I didn't plan to eat when opening a book.

I feel like it would be better if right click had a higher priority on the mainhand in comparison to the offhand, if that's somehow manageable to implement.
