Bug Description

Playing on the Beta branch 3.1.3

Found Liquified Coralium Ore in Abyssal Wasteland. Tooltip indicates the ore needs a pick of mining level 4 to be mined, but no pick of that level exists. All other picks are rated on the ore tier (Stone, Iron, Diamond, etc.). Figured I would try an Obsidian level pick but it just broke the block without harvesting.

Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?

I had not played a previous version

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Spawn a liquified coralium ore in the world
2. Take note of the tooltip and the mining level it displays
3. Attempt to mine with an Obsidian level pickaxe

I may have been premature in the mining level assessment. It looks like I might need something of Cobalt level and not Obsidian level?
