Bug Description

I've been told in the discord to report this as a bug. But the cacoa dust can only be created by the mill & grindstone (horsepower and manual). Where the rest of the recipes get a lategame alternative in the industrial mill from modular machines this one does not.
The problem with this is that cacoa powder is used to make chocolate, which is used for cookies which in turn is needed for the cookie singularity.
Using the horsepower mill is very slow and breaks often, especially when you need at least 1250 of them.

Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?
