Bug Description

Basic Wooden Hoppers will not insert items into Water Strainers. Mk2s will do it however (though they have a visual glitch where the items appear to stay in them, but that's a separate bug).

I've checked my setup 2 ways:
I replaced the strainer with a chest and the items will then flow into the chest.
I put the strainer back and replaced the Wooden Hopper with a Mk2 and then the items flow into the strainer.

Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?

I haven't tested other versions.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Place a strainer base.
2. Place a Wooden Hopper on the side of the strainer base with the hopper pointing into the strainer.
3. Place a Chest on top of the hopper.
4. Place Worms in the Chest.

Funny enough I've found that Wooden Hoppers also will not insert into Wooded Hopper Mk2s.
