Unable to form Tank / Silo - immersive engineering

Bug Description

I am not able to construct the tank or silo with the engineers hammer, I have clicked all the blocks in the structure, even entered the tank and silo and clicked on the blocks from the inside. Green outline is displayed, no information in the manual for where exactly to click, but have tried everywhere.

Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?

Not sure, have only played on 3.1.6 hotfix.1

  1. Follow hollogram for tank/silo
  2. Attempt to construct
