I noticed that after picking up Osmium Ore with pickaxe that have mods Excavator and Silktouch. It gave me Osmium Ore from ContentTweaker. You can't make it into dust in any crusher (Actually Additions and Immersive Engineering). You can't also use it in smeltery from Tinker's Construct. The only way to use it is placing block and then mining them with pickaxe, that don't have silktouch, then you collect Osmium cluster, that can be crushed and smelted. You can't use Osmium cluster in mekanish to triple output

I am playing on 3.1.5 server.
It's not game breaking bug.

I expect that pickaxe with silktouch will collect Osmium Ore from mod Mekanism
