Immersive Tech/Engineering Water Wheels max. output limited to 67 rf/t?

Bug Description

So I tried to get the Max output of a combination of 3 water wheels, which should be 88 rf/t. It looks like the Limit is at 67 rf/t and I wonder why.

Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?
