Bug Description

Filtered hopper from better with mods not filtering sand through soul sand to create soul sand.

Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Place down a filtered hopper
2. Put in soul sand as the filter
3. Drop sand on the hopper
4. The hopper doesn't accept the sand input
