Backpack loss when dying

Bug Description

I had two backpacks in my inventory, i died then retrieved my items via the gravestone key only to find one of my backpacks had disappeared, with the remaining one on my chest armor slot

Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?

I don't know

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

Have two backpacks with items in them, die then pick up your inventory from the gravestone. One backpack will have disappeared
