Adding Inductive Logistics filtered pipes cause 'Exception in server tick loop' (java.util.ConcurrentModificationException) and world cannot load

Bug Description
After adding a filtering setup with Inductive Logistics pipes and running for 3 hours AFK, the world does not load any more. Crash report attached.

This happens with all the available backups ...
During the AFK run, 16 cobblestone generators (stonework factory) and multiple garden cloches are creating cobblestone to create the 8x compressed cobble required for the creative compressor. This cobblestone is fed to applied energistics storage and exported to a quantum compressor chain.
Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?
Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)
- Create a mob farm with a (mob grinding utils) grinder, a mob duplicator, vector plates. Mob to duplicate is "player mobs", to get death compasses
- Use the creative fluid tank, to feed essence
- Filter the (mob grinding utils) absorption hopper items output with (inductive logistics) pipes, to route everything except death compasses, rotten flesh, bones, player heads to a trash can. For the heads, NBT data is OFF. The wanted items go to a chest and then, using an import bus, to (applied energistics) storage. XP is routed to a fluid trash can
- Run the mob farm and verify that it works
- Backup and save the world
- Terminate the game, reboot
- Attempt to load the world.
