If you don't include the logs or crash reports, we can't do anything but guess at what your issue is.
So here's my best guess; you haven't increased the RAM allocation. You do this through Twitch's settings accessed by clicking the profile icon in the top right, and selecting settings from the drop down list. Once there go to the Minecraft tab. Under the Java Settings section, you will find a slider near the bottom of the page labelled Allocated Memory. Adjust this so that it reads at least 6144MB. Make sure the Minecraft launcher is closed when you do this, or it will not apply properly.
If this is not the problem, please attach a crash report to your issue.
