Server Crash on restart due to "Failed to transform class"

Bug Description
Unsure of the problem. I was playing the game and had gone through several portals, so to reduce stress on the server I restarted it. Because I restarted it I had created a backup of the server. After trying to restart, the server crashed 3 times saying [randompatches]: Failed to transform class: net.minecraft.tileentity.TileEntityPiston-. I am using a server platform from mc.gg, however I have filezilla so that I have access to all my files.Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?
The game ran relatively smooth before this restart. Haven't had many issues until today. There hasn't been any updates, however I did reset the config files of the server when trying to fix the issue. Didn't resolve anything however.Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)
There are no steps seeing as the server wont start whatsoever. Crashes before launch.Logs
