i cant seem to find coal at all it isnt that it doesnt spawn(i think) its that there doesnt spawn any samples i have looked at well over 10 000 blocks and still have not found any coal samples

coal samples simply do not appear

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. create a world
2. reach age 1
3. fail to see coal samples
