Placing Storage item onto Stone Anvil (Primal_tech) and picked up causes items to be deleted

Bug Description

Accidentally placed Engineer's Tool Box (Immersive Engineering) onto Stone Anvil (Primal_tech) and when picked up, all items in the tool box were deleted. Easily replicated. Found issue #234 which was closed in Jan. 2018.

Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?

Unsure, have only played beta version 3.2.1 beta1

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. Place Items into Engineer's Tool Box (immersive engineering)
  2. Place Tool Box onto Stone Anvil (primal_tech)
  3. Pick up and open Tool Box
