If a creeper blows up the entry platform for TF and kills the player, the player is caught in a constant death cycle

Bug Description

When entering a new dimension, usually a spawn platform is built for the player if the previous one is missing or obstructed. But for Twilight Forest, this doesn't happen if the player dies.

If a creeper blows up the player on the spawn platform (common occurrence because the client takes longer to load), then the player respawns after death over the void, and falls into the void repeatedly.

Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?

No, I believe it has always been broken

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. Stand on Twilight Forest spawning platform
  2. Use an explosion to blow up the player and the platform
  3. Get caught in death cycle
