The Nature Compass crashes the game when selecting certain biomes

Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Use the nature compass
2. Select a biome like Autumnal Wooded Hills
3. Click "Search"

Biomes i have encountered the crash with so far are: Autumnal Wooded Hills, Birch Forest Hills, Birch Forest Hills M, Roofed Forest M

I just had this happen with Extreme Hills. I haven't seen any islands yet that looked mountainous so finding emeralds might be problematic.
