Bug Description

Whenever someone in my private server leaves their astral sorcery progression will be rolled back, it removes attunements perks EXP, constellation knowledge, etc.

Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?

I have only played Sevtech 3.1.7 on minecraft 1.12.2

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Progress in astral sorcery
   2.disconnect either from being kicked you leaving game
2. have progress wiped
