I cant play on my own server anymore Sevtech Ages 3.1.7 minecraft 1.12.2

Me and a friend of mine want to play Sevtech ages in Minecraft 1.12.2 on a Self-hostet Server.

We already played 4 hours on the Server and everything was running fine, the next day I Started the server and my friend Connected all was fine until I joined, then nothing was Responding the server didnt even respond to the stop command in the Console.
it also happens if there is just me on the Server.
It ONLY happens when I join on the Server.
i tried doing it over Localhost but it didnt change anything.

We timed out and i had to restart the server

The problem only Occours if I join my own server. We tried it on his PC and everything works fine(his PC has Linux).

Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?
