Bug Description

If you have the Astral Sorcery perk that allows you to teleport items and drops into your inventory and shoot a blaze with a tinker's bow, you get the blaze rod rather than the powder like you're supposed to get in progression. (I apologize if this is in the wrong format but I just wanted to make the issue known)

Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?

I don't know because I've only been playing in this version so far.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Get the AS perk to teleport items and mob drops
2. Get a Tinker's Construct bow
3. Go to the Nether and shoot a blaze with the bow
