[BUG] primal_tech Stone Anvil deletes contents of Engineer's Toolbox when placed on it

Bug Description

Placing an Immersive Engineering Engineer's Toolbox on a Stone Anvil deletes all of the contents out of every slot when picked back up.

Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?

It would work if both item are available, so since Age 3. In prior versions of the pack- no idea.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Make a Toolbox and put anything in it
  2. Put it on a Stone Anvil from primal_tech
  3. Pick it back up
