Bug Description

when using a plumb line it only shows 69 unless im moving on a ladder

Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?

im not sure i have only played this version

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1.go on a ladder
2.use plumb line
3.at the top no matter what it will be 69
