Bug Description

I am trying to get a bucket of crude oil. I build a core sample drill and searched for oil, I found some and the sample is telling me that in this chunk is oil. I build the pumpjack, but it is only pumping water. Then I tried a few other chunks too (the core samples for these chunks are also telling me that there is oil) an the same is happening. The pumpjack pumps water. None of the core samples showing me any water.

Tried a new world, still the same result.

Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?

Did not use another version

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. locate oil with the core sample drill
2. build pumpjack and power it
3. connect it with the immersive engeniering pipes to a tank
4. the tank begins to fill with water
