Bug Description

I advanced to the second age, after getting the astral sorcery crafting table and then upgrading it, i proceeded to make the whole altar, making sure i was using the correct mod's marble, it did not work, i read then that it helps if its higher, i made a stair, a new altar and then i made a new starlight alter, it also did not work, even in areas where the resonator shows a cloud it stays in the red bar >

Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?

This is the only version so far

1. Mine marble
   2.Chizzle the marble into astral marble
2. make the shrine after making the altar
