I load into a world, old or just created, and I can take a couple of steps and its almost like the world launches me into the air and does a 360 and after that every step dose that.

This usually indicates you've changed the BetterFPS algorithm to one that is incompatible with your hardware. Set it to Riven's Half. If it is already set to that, set it to Vanilla.
