game crashed whilst exception in server tick loop error: java.util.concurrentmodificationexception

Bug Description
Attempt to reload the world after messing up something in the game, but crash at building terrain part, giving a server tick loop error. Tried restoring with backups but all crashed the same way.Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?

@kelirious No solution found, I asked my friends around and post the problem online, so far no clue at all on how to fix this
You should be able to fix this issue by updating SevPatches to v1.11.1 available here: https://github.com/DarkPacks/SevPatches/releases/tag/1.11.1
This fix is still being tested, and may introduce issues; please report any weirdness you observe using this patch.
If nothing comes up in testing, I will upload it to CurseForge sometime in the new year.
This is not the same as the issue reported by @kelirious however.
@sam-kirby i also have a problem with a server tick loop, it says in crash logs. Where do i insert this jar file? In the mods?
