Titan Starbuncle Gateway - infinite looping w/o killing them

Bug Description

I started a Titan Starbuncle Gateway and quickly realised, it will never end because of the fact that the spawned in Starbuncles instantly disappear. There is no Mob Grinder or anything else nearby which could kill them instantly. They just disappear. They somehow drop their dye but I now have a Gateway running infinitely and can't switch to another one. I tried also to exchange the floor to Gras Blocks hoping it was a issue with the Blackstone but that also didn't help.

My Setup there is a Mob Masher from MGU in the Center and water flowing from the corners into the Center to push mobs into it. Additionally I have a DracEvo Mob Grinder as well for harder mobs to kill. I placed a Conjured Mage light above the Masher to place the Gates and it always worked fine, I have tons of Trophies and also Titan Gateways where working till my Masher/Grinder Setup wasn't able to kill them anymore

First I thought that they where just killed to fast because, you know, Starbuncles :D but no, I then completely removed all killing machines around, removed the water as well and replaced parts of the floor with gras. still, they keep disappearing instantly and just dropping dye which I don't really need that much ^^

I'm completely helpless now because I have no idea how to remove that gateway w/o having a mob survive to stop it, which they don't.

Did this behavior used to work in the previous version?

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

Every other Gateway worked with that setup, no matter if normal or Titan Gateways.
Removed water -> No Difference
Replaced the floor with Gras -> No Difference

I just tried this out in my world and the Starbuncles spawned in every time. Are you sure you're not killing them somehow? They shouldn't drop loot if they weren't killed.

That is the problem! They basically getting killed in the split second they're spawning w/o me doing anything or having any machines around which could kill them. I'm helpless now. Because w/o a chance to remove it, it's over and I have to start over again :(

Ok, I tried something yesterday and I got rid of it.

I enclosed the whole gate with Tempered Glass to have them spawn on top of it and it worked! \o/
I was able to keep one alive up there to let it run out. Thx for looking into it. ;)
