Game crashes starting up

Bug Description
Every time I try to open the game, my game crashes in the “State transition INJECT_CAPABILITIES” section. I turned off the mods that give errors in the log section, I changed the version, I repaired the profile but it still won't open.
Did this behavior used to work in the previous version?
