The One Probe Info Screen for spawners does not give spawner info

Bug Description
While a spawner is in the inventory I can see all the stats like speed and amount, but when the spawner is placed down where it would normaly give the stats it says,"Error: placebo:plugin"
Did this behavior used to work in the previous version?

Place spawners, It says Error: placebo:plugin where info of the spawner should be.

This the same issue as #442, a server only issue, and should be fixed when an update is released with a newer version of Apotheosis that fixes the issue.
