when using the create Mechanical Saw the odds of drops seem significantly lower then by that of the sickle

Did this behavior used to work in the previous version?

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

!. grow any color tree
2..make backup so the tree is the same
3.harvest with axe and sickle (note loot drooped)
4. load backup
5. harvest with create mechanical saw(note loot dropped)
