Click Machine not working when using multiple of them

Bug Description
I've attempted to build a dye generation automation with a click machine clicking dye into a flowing water block,
creating a solid dyed water source, which is then collected into a barrel, fed with sand, and so on.
I've built one for orange dye, and one for brown dye - and when I've activated the brown dye one, the orange dye click machine stopped clicking.
When I manually click with an orange dye, it still works - but the click machine just doesn't respond.
I've attempted to remove and replace the water source, the click machine itself, tweaking the settings and the speed, but nothing made it start again.
Thanks in advance :)
If there's any pointers on how I can assist debugging with zero previous knowledge - I'd love to attempt helping.
Did this behavior used to work in the previous version?

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)
- Place two click machines (same chunk? I don't know if that matters).
- Have both of them set to 4 clicks per second.
- Have them click dye unto a flowing water source.
- One of them stopped working.
It might be caused because of stress / lag, though nothing else behaves weirdly.

Can you post screenshots of your setup? We have reports of people using 2 and more with no issues. Although having them placed side by side right next to each other can cause issues with block targeting, its advisable to have a block between each click machine if they are lined up in a row.
They're not lined up next to each, just sitting around.
I've also tried using the Auto User and it behaved the same when having two of them.
I'll post screenshots the next time I'm in front of the PC.
