SAG mill produes wrong lapis dust

Bug Description

When putting lapis lazuli in a SAG mill, one gets Powdered Lapis Lazuli (from EnderIO), which does not have any uses in any recipe nor does it show in JEI, when searching for it. I would assume it should produce Lapis Dust, like, for example, the Pulverizer does.

Did this behavior used to work in the previous version?

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. Put Lapis Lazuli into a SAG mill.
  2. See that it produces Powdered Lapis Lazuli.
