Bug Description

The skybox, clouds, and potion effects GUIs (in main world at top and in inventory) all flicker.
Doesn't flicker in ESC menu.
Still flickers in inventory.
Have video clips, upon request (discord?)

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Anytime and Always it seems. In world or In inventory.
2. Unknown if was certain action that caused it.
3. Enabling/Disabling High Contrast resource pack seemed to not have an effect

Post logs and system information, also if you are using Java 21, then that is wrong as the pack only runs on Java 17.
