You can`t craft the "@BiggerReactors Turbine Terminal" because the recipe for "Blutonium Ingot" got removed

Try to craft the BiggerReactors Turbine Terminal and you will see there is no crafting recipe for blutonium

You have to use a cyanite reprocesser to get blutonium. It doesn't show it in jei but you can still get it.
