Suggestion Description

Since EnderIO development is pointing to 1.18, here in 1.16 we're missing some good mod to save space in cable/pipe management and to hide then using facades. So, I'm here to suggest to add the XNET mod. I'm testing it here without problems. The only significant maneuver is that we need to update MCJTYlib, RFToolsBase, Builder and Power in order to install XNET.
