[Bug]: server not creating a skyworld

- I can reproduce this issue consistently in single-player
- I can reproduce this issue consistently in multi-player
- I have searched for this issue previously and it was either (1) not previously reported, or (2) previously fixed and I am having the same problem.
- I am crashing and can provide my crash report(s)

Issue Description
After starting a server it does not seem to load a sky world, not sure if We are doing something wrong

Could you please upload your server's log to a service such as https://mclo.gs and link to it here?
This is a heavily truncated log, but your issue appears to be caused by using Java 16+, which is incompatible with Topography.
Side Note: I've added a note about Java 16 into the server README to help.
May need to get a note pinned into the Discord too in regards to Java setups (If not done already)
Will add a note in descriptions to not use Java 16. This seems to be a pretty widespread issue because of Vanilla moving to Java 16. Forge officially supports Java 8 for 1.16.5 MC and not all devs are able or willing to amend their mods to be compatible with Java 16.
