Issue Description

Spawning a wither doesn't play the spawn sound minecraft:entity.wither.spawn
Killing the wither plays 2 sounds at the same time minecraft:entity.wither.spawn and custom minecraft:entity.wither.death from resourcepack

/playsound minecraft:entity.wither.spawn hostile @a plays no sound at all
