Issue Description

You can convert 1 x obsidian into 1 x netherite scrap (and some power).

1 x Netherite Scrap -> Craft with 1 x Obsidian -> 1 x Ancient Debris -> Induction Smelter -> 2 x Netherite Scrap

Now you can repeat the cycle.

This is not game breaking and obsidian is not extremely cheap but I'd like to see it discussed.
