Issue Description

Niter dust is craftable from saltpeter essence, and there is a saltpeter seed. However, there is no recipe for the seed itself.

I was looking at other options for automating phyto-grow with Mystical, but the recipe for this particular seed seems to be missing. I can't see any sign of it being disabled on purpose but I'm not sure if I'm looking in the right places.
