Either make it a quest requirement (square quest) or add it back to the recipe

It's kind of more a bug with Spectrum then if they require that advancement for faililng. I'll look into possibly changing the recipe to better reflect this requirement.

This looks to be fixed in the next Spectrum update. I'd rather not spend extra time modifying a recipe that will be fixed the next time that mod updates.
